2.- Object.


These general conditions (hereinafter, the "General Conditions"), together, where appropriate, with the particular conditions that may be established (hereinafter, the "Special Conditions"), are intended to expressly regulate the conditions applicable to the contracting processes carried out by users (the "Customer"), products and / or services offered by Bit Base, S.L. (hereinafter, Bit Base or the provider) through its website https://bitbase.lat.


These General Conditions will remain in force and will be valid during all the time that they are accessible through the Web Site, without prejudice that Bit Base reserves the right to modify, without previous warning, so much the General Conditions, in its case the Particular ones, as well as any of the legal texts that are exposed in the Web Site. In any case, the access to the Web site after its modification, inclusion and/or substitution, implies the acceptance of the same ones on the part of the user.


The Client is subject to the General Conditions in force at each of the moments of the corresponding contracting, not being possible the contracting of any product and/or service, without the previous acceptance of the present General Conditions and in its case the particular conditions that regulate the provision of certain services. The temporary validity of the Conditions, coincides with the time of their exposure, until the moment in which they are totally or partially modified. The new Conditions will be applicable from the moment they are available to the Client, and are thus fully accessible.


All purchases of Products purchased through the Website shall be considered validly made by the Customer and shall be binding. The making of purchases from the Website by a minor who falsifies the information shall be understood to have been made under the supervision and authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives.


In case of contradiction between the terms and conditions stated in these General Conditions and the Special Conditions, the conditions agreed in the latter instrument shall always prevail with respect to those incompatible terms, and only with respect to those Products subject to such specific conditions.


3.- Intervening parties.

The electronic contracting process through the Web Site https://bitbase.lat, will be carried out between the "Customer" and "Bit Base", understood as the "Point of Sale" of Bit Base chosen by the Customer during the contracting process.


Will be considered "Customer" of the Website https://bitbase.lat, those consumers who are natural persons or, where appropriate, legal entities that properly prove their status and accept these General Conditions and the Special Conditions that, where appropriate, are applicable. It is expressly prohibited the purchase of Products through the Website, by minors or by users who do not meet the requirements set forth in these General Conditions, or if applicable, in the Special Conditions.


The "Point of Sale" will be the entity that owns the establishment chosen by the Customer when placing the order, and will be the entity with whom the purchase and sale of the Products ordered will be concluded.


4.- Access on the website.


The access and consultation of the catalog of products and/or services published on the https://bitbase.lat website is free of charge, and users do not need to register in order to start the process of contracting the products and/or services displayed on the website.


5.- Product contracting process.


Phase 1. The "Client" accesses the Web Site https://bitbase.lat, must click on one of the following options:


- Buy.

- Sell.


If you have chosen the Buy option, you must select the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase, enter the amount, the payment method and click on "Buy Bitcoin".


Phase 2. In this phase, the "Client" must choose the contact method.


Phase 3. The "Client" must accept the conditions.


Phase 4. Depending on the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to purchase, you can verify your identity through Shufti or by providing the required documentation; selfie, copy of identity card, e-mail address, zip code and wallet or account number.


Phase 5. The "Client" must accept that he/she is aware of the risks involved in the sale of cryptocurrencies; that the wallet provided is his/her own; and that he/she is not being manipulated, coerced or threatened.


At no time will Bit Base be responsible for issues that exceed the operation.


Phase 6 Bit Base will provide the "Client" with the wallet where he/she must send the cryptocurrencies. Once received, the customer may choose to receive the FIAT money through a normal or immediate transfer (which will entail a supplement of €4).


Phase 7. The "Customer" will receive the invoice with the sale made through the e-mail provided.


If the "Client" has chosen to Sell, he/she must select the cryptocurrency to be purchased, enter the amount, the payment method and click on "Sell Bitcoin".


Phase 2. In this phase, the "Client" must choose the contact method.


Phase 3. The "Client" must accept the conditions.


Phase 4. Depending on the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to purchase, you can verify your identity through Shufti or by providing the required documentation; selfie, copy of identity card, e-mail address, zip code and wallet or account number.

6.- Customer service and after-sales service.

Bit Base physical stores have complaint forms available to the consumer in the store.

7.- Exoneration of responsibilities.


The Point of Sale and Bit Base cannot guarantee the technical continuity of the Web site, the absence of failures or interruptions of the service nor that the Web site will be available or accessible one hundred percent of the time. Neither can it guarantee the absence of virus or other harmful components in the Web site or in the server from which it is supplied.

The present conditions have been exposed with the due anticipation, in conformity with the effective legislation. Also, Bit Base puts at your disposal the present Conditions of Purchase, so that they can be stored and reproduced, thus fulfilling the legal duty of prior information.


Bit Base reserves the right to modify, at any time, and without notice, the presentation and configuration of the Web Site, the functionality of the same and / or the contents incorporated therein. The parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona for any questions or differences that may arise from the interpretation, fulfillment and execution of this contract.
